Fernando has vast experience advising companies in the Mining Sector. He has advised clients on International Joint Ventures, Financing and Exploration Agreements, Purchase and Sale of mining properties and shares of mining companies, Option and Exploration Contracts. He is a member of the board of several mining companies Desarrollo de Prospectos Mineros S.A., Pampa Exploraciòn S.A., Filo del Sol Exploración S.A. and Rio Ex S.A.

Education

Lawyer. Argentine Catholic University, 1982.

He has completed postgraduate studies Master in Business Consulting at Universidad Austral 1993.
