Diego joined Nicholson y Cano in 2015 and has extensive experience in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. Throughout his practice, he has advised domestic and international companies on complex transactions, with a particular focus on the natural resources, oil and gas, renewable energy, mining, agribusiness, and financial services sectors.
He has distinguished himself in the coordination and execution of due diligence processes, leading multidisciplinary teams, as well as in the drafting and negotiation of key transactional documents, including share and asset purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and financing agreements, including project finance structures.
Diego has been involved in significant M&A transactions and infrastructure and energy projects, advising clients at all stages of transactions, from initial structuring through closing.
Education
Diego is a lawyer graduated from the Universidad Católica Argentina and holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the Universidad de San Andrés.
