Francisco joined Nicholson y Cano in 1998. He has extensive experience in business law, with a strong performance in contractual and commercial law matters. He has been involved in numerous local and international transactions.
He has also specialized in Competition Law, both in the area of economic concentrations and anti-competitive behaviors.
Education
He is a lawyer graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina “Santa María de los Buenos Aires” (1998). He earned a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of San Andrés (2007) and holds a specialization in Competition Law from the National University of San Martín (2008).
