Marcela joined Nicholson y Cano in 2013. She has extensive experience in business advisory, with a particular focus on Corporate Law and Competition Defense, covering both economic concentrations and market investigations and conduct.
Her specialization in Corporate Law includes a strong emphasis on corporate and contractual matters, as well as M&A transactions. She has been involved in numerous M&A deals, providing advice to both local and international clients, and has participated in debt restructurings, advising both debtors and arrangers.
She has extensive experience in advising on complex corporate disputes. Among other notable clients, she provides corporate advice to YPF S.A. and its affiliated companies, as well as to Acindar Industria Argentina de Aceros S.A., for which she also advises on competition defense. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to the legal profession, standing out in her field.
Education
Marcela graduated with Honors from the Faculty of Law at the University of Buenos Aires in 1994.
