Serves as advisor to financial institutions, trustees, mutual fund managers, and capital market agents. Participated in more than 1,700 securitization transactions (using the financial trust as vehicle), giving advice to trustees, or trustors, or arrangers and underwriters, for a cumulative amount of U$S 8,600, i.e. almost 60% of the market. Also rendered legal services for public offerings, stock issue, corporate bonds, and other securities.
Participated in several transactions related to business financing and infrastructure works. Served as legal counsel for the first securitization in Argentina (1996), turning Nicholson y Cano into the leading law firm in this matter.
Officer of the Securities and Exchange Commission during many years. Consultant of the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange since July 1987. Drafted bills that were passed into laws (i.e. Act 23576 -Corporate Bonds- and Act 24083 -Mutual Funds-), and assisted in several aspects related to Act 24441 –Trusts-, and Executive Order 677/01 –Capital Market Transparency

Currently serves as professor of graduate studies at the universities of Buenos Aires (Capital Markets Graduate Course) and National University of Rosario (Master in Finance).
Author of “Obligaciones Negociables” (Abeledo-Perrot Editors), “Titulización y Fideicomiso Financiero” (Errepar), and “Tratado de Derecho Bancario” (“Corporate Bonds” chapter; Rubinzal-Culzoni editors).
Wrote several articles on doctrine and comments on specialized publications and newspapers.
