Extensive experience in Corporate Law, in charge of legal and regulatory matters in several companies, such as Ledesma, Destilería Argentina de Petróleo S.A. and Parafina del Plata S.A., before becoming partner at Nicholson y Cano. Serves as advisor to clients in the Energy, Telecommunications and Health industries on legal matters related to these areas and especially on regulatory matters. Participated in different M&A, representing domestic and international clients.

Acted in bankruptcy proceedings of Inversora Eléctrica de Buenos Aires (IEBA), including negotiations with creditors and approval of the bankruptcy proceedings proposal.
Served as advisor to Camuzzi in arbitration proceedings against Tecpetrol regarding the pesification of US dollar denominated debt.
Served as advisor to Sancor Cooperativas in the creation of joint-venture with Mead Johnson Nutrition Company, which was transferred the infant formula milk line of business in a complex transaction that included supply, distribution and administrative service agreements.
Served as advisor to High Luck Group Limited in the purchase of a stake at Palmar Largo Joint Venture from Pluspetrol S.A. and in other areas located in the north of the Republic of Argentina.
