Public Law

Public Law

Our Public Law Department advises clients on various public law matters, ranging from contracts to interactions with specific regulations across different economic sectors. With extensive experience, we represent and advise companies in regulated sectors such as public works and services concessions (roads, transportation, gas, energy, water), insurance, healthcare, finance, oil, telecommunications, and other strategic industries.

Our expertise includes representation in complex judicial and administrative matters, both in regulated and non-regulated sectors. We provide comprehensive advice on public procurement, from public works to concessions and licenses, as well as compliance with regulations at the national, provincial, and municipal levels. We offer effective solutions to address government regulations impacting various economic activities.

In the area of Economic Regulation, we have specialized departments in key sectors such as telecommunications and energy, with solid experience in analyzing and implementing technical and sector-specific regulations. We design compliance programs that ensure operations adhere to economic regulations, minimizing risks and penalties. We advise both national and foreign companies in their relationships with regulatory bodies and authorities, as well as in resolving disputes with competitors.

Our highly qualified team is led by Lucas A. Piaggio, recognized by Chambers and Partners as a leading figure in public law.
