An administrative reorganization is promoted to modify or eliminate functions of state agencies and privatize public entities. Additionally, updates are made to Administrative Procedure Law No. 19,549, and public employment regulations are modified in relation to the availability regime, granting greater flexibility in the management of the state’s human resources.
