Labor Changes
Significant reforms are being introduced in labor matters. These range from measures to promote registered employment to the elimination of fines and special compensations. New forms of contracting are also introduced, and the presumption of the existence of an employment relationship is changed. Finally, activities such as blockades or damages within the framework of union actions are incorporated as serious offenses.
