Ezequiel joined Nicholson y Cano in 2011 and currently serves as a senior associate in the Insurance practice. He has solid experience in civil and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on insurance law and civil liability.
Throughout his career, he has managed a broad portfolio of judicial litigation for leading insurance companies, being involved in all stages of the proceedings, from the initial phase and definition of procedural strategy through to the final judgment. His practice includes judicial and extrajudicial negotiation, as well as the analysis of risks, liabilities, and contingencies.
He has experience in leading and coordinating teams, supervising junior staff, and managing multiple matters simultaneously. He is recognized for his negotiation skills, results-oriented approach, and ability to provide strategic legal advice to top-tier insurance companies.
Additionally, he has developed a strong academic background as coordinating professor of the Postgraduate Program in Procedural Law and State Defense at the School of Government Attorneys, under the Office of the National Treasury Attorney General.
