Naldo joined Nicholson y Cano in 2013. He has extensive experience in M&A, general commercial contracts, and assisting international clients with their activities in Argentina. He actively works on issues related to Product Liability, focusing on defending the interests of companies in response to customer claims based on this matter.
Along with his team, he advises companies from a wide range of industries and services, such as Whirlpool, adidas, QBE, Despegar, GPAT, Chevrolet, Zurich, Panasonic, among other clients. He also actively works on corporate and regulatory matters, advising clients from various industries.
He is a member of the Public Bar Association of the Federal Capital, the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires, and the International Bar Association.
Education
He obtained his law degree in 1990 from the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina “Santa María de los Buenos Aires.”

Throughout his career, he has been recognized by various international organizations, including being named “Leading Individual” in the Corporate/M&A area by the prestigious publication Chambers & Partners in 2016.
In 2017, he was awarded the “General Corporate Award” for Argentina at the Client Choice Awards.
