Marcelo joined Nicholson y Cano in 2013. He has primarily focused his professional activities in business advisory. He specializes in commercial and corporate law, particularly in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, debt restructuring, contracts, and privatizations in the energy sectors (oil and gas).
He has advised both local and international clients, actively participating in the deregulation of the hydrocarbon sector since 1990. He is a member of the International Bar Association.
Education
Marcelo is a lawyer graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina “Santa María de los Buenos Aires” (1981).
