Eduardo serves as a consultant at Nicholson y Cano Abogados. Since 1981, Eduardo has built a solid career in the field of banking and finance law, advising both national and international financial institutions on the creation of new entities and on mergers, acquisitions, and sales of financial institutions. His expertise also extends to the structuring of syndicated loans, capital markets operations, and various types of trusts, where he has developed efficient solutions to meet his clients’ financial needs.
In the regulatory sphere, Eduardo has advised various entities on complex financial regulation issues, as well as on defending against financial summaries. His experience in foreign exchange matters is notable, having represented financial institutions and companies in foreign exchange criminal summaries brought by the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic from 1982 to the present.
In the early 1990s, Eduardo played a key role in the privatization process of public companies, particularly in the electricity sector. He worked on joint ventures, financing structuring, and shareholder agreements during bidding processes. His involvement in this area has contributed to the development of the electricity sector in the country, establishing him as an expert in the industry.
Additionally, Eduardo has served on and continues to serve on the boards of directors of several financial entities and companies in the electricity sector, where he brings his strategic insight and deep knowledge of the financial and energy markets.
